Monitoring the functioning of the academic and administrative staff and to see that they fulfill all their responsibilities’ as prescribed.
Developing the working and learning culture in the institution.
Take up research, publication, project work, consultancy, training & placements, and establish credentials as academician of international standard.
To set high standards of discipline, commitment and involvement in work pattern of the institute.
Involvement for effective teaching as per prescribed curriculum of the university and monitoring the liason of activities of technical societies and cultural clubs with departments within the institution.
Working on collaborations with industry and academia for arranging FDPs, workshops, expert lectures and industrial visits for the technical enhancement of faculty, staff and students as per current market scenario and need of time.

Teaching the subjects viz. Neural Networks, Computer Architecture and Organization to B.Tech (CSE) students and VLSI Design, Mobile and Wireless Communication to M.Tech (ECE) students.
Handling departmental responsibilities and managing day-to-day activities in CSE department.
Center superintendent (CS) in end-semester university examinations and handled the overall conduct of final exams of the college.

Providing students with necessary learning tools and academic environment to achieve academic goals, instilling curiosity of learning in them.
Keeping students on task with proactive behavior modification and developing positive reinforcement strategies through cooperative teamwork with Head-of- Departments.
