• ENERGY HARVESTING -This project is used to harvest energy by different means like by road roller by windmill and by piezoelectric cells and then collect all three by the collection of all three we can glow the streetlights, village lights etc.

• AUTOMATIC VISITOR COUNTER AND ROOM LIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM-This project displays the powerful aspect of microcontroller in which the sensors controlled the device senses the number of people entering count them and on the room light with entry of each person. This project was based on the idea that if anyone invites a limited number of peopleto the party, due to this an extra person cannot enter the party.

• ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF LOW POWER DOUBLE TAIL COMPARATOR AT 45nm TECHNOLOGY-

  • A Low power double tail comparator is simulated at 45nm technology using Micro wind tool. The power, delay. frequency, global delay is calculated and finds the improved results than other at 180nm.
