It Included: Analysis and design of the pressure vessel for wind and seismic condition using building codes and evaluation of the result using CAE software (Ansys).

Modeling and analysis of pressure vessel in Ansys.

Manufacturer’s Design Report (MDR) for platform design and details.

STAAD/PRO and IDEAS 12Nx series for the load calculations and analysis of platform.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for the Deflection Plate of Pressure Vessel.

It included: Re-designing of the spur gear. Designing of the complete gear box assembly. | Final drawing using AUTO CAD, ready for the CNC manufacturing.
